We only use fresh chicken eggs and we require our suppliers to supply only those eggs that have been laid within a period not exceeding 72 hours and that their facilities comply with ISO and IFS (International Food Standard) criteria.
We use independent laboratories for monitoring and carrying out relevant health checks. We also have both our own and an external quality assurance department to step up controls.
We have developed a production system in which it takes no more than 12 minutes for the raw product to be ready and packed on trays.
Once packaged, our logistic partners maintain the cold chain and strategic positioning throughout the country to immediately supply our customers.
